Bournemouth - Talbot School has an experienced set of English teachers who are all educated to degree level and possess a recognised teaching certificate. They are constantly challenging the students to develop themselves and improve their English language skills. They will ensure you are in a multi-cultural class and that when learning English you will be in interacting with other students of the same level.

Each term lasts a minimum of 8 weeks. (Except for summer term, which lasts 9 weeks).  You will receive a Certificate for the period that you have studied and the level you have achieved, as well as an End of Course Report detailing your progress in the different language skills (only for courses longer than 2 weeks).

Classes are in the morning and afternoon with the intensive hour at lunchtime. Students can't request their timetable as it depends on their entry level. We have tests every 4 weeks and term exams every 8 weeks. During the summer we have many students for 2-4 weeks and we have very few problems from students who are classed in the afternoon as school activities for the adults don't usually start until the late afternoon. We also run some activities in the morning such as half-day trips.
