You have the choice of group courses of either 15 or 21 teaching classes per week or take one of the examination preparation courses. General English
On the 15 classes General English programme you will study all aspects of the language for 3 teaching classes per day. When you are not in class, you will be able to enjoy London or you can use the excellent library facilities to practise what you have learnt. By the end of your course, your communication and other language skills will have improved and you will be much more confident using English in a range of situations.

Summer English
If you are looking for a Summer programme that combines academic study with lots of fun social activities then this course is for you. You will have 15 teaching classes per week of General English, alternating between morning and afternoon. That way you can enjoy the social activities programme that includes visits to museums and art galleries, tours inside the Houses of Parliament, walks around the capital and much much more.

Intensive General English
This 21 classes per week course is ideal for students that wish to take a more Intensive programme and thus learn English quicker. The Intensive General English includes 15 classes of General English, where you will practise all the language skills of speaking, listening, pronunciation, reading, vocabulary building, writing and grammar. Then in your additional 6 classes you will work on advanced communication or English for the workplace (basic business English for people near the start of their careers).

Teachers Refresher Course
These scheduled 2 week courses are for overseas teachers of English who want to improve their own knowledge of the English language, discover new methodology in use in the UK, and learn about British culture. You will cover phonology & connected speech; writing - cohesion & coherence; error correction; listening - authentic texts & modern materials.
